Vintage 1977 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe. Here is a vintage 1977 Les Paul Gold Top in very good condition. This guitar has been in my family for over 25 years and has been well taken care of. During that time awas just played around the house. I have an appraisal from Killer Vintage a very well respected guitar store here in St. This guitar has some minimal, normal signs of wear and patina as any guitar from 1977 should and would. Plays and sounds great. Everything works correctly and would make a great addition to any guitar collection. It is equipped with the mini humbucker pick ups. Someone , before I owned it, put Grover machine heads (tuners) on the guitar, otherwise its all original. The Grovers were an upgrade, and they did a nice job. Guitar has some minor cracks in the front, gold top finish and some normal wear all over the guitar. But again, its in great shape for a 39 year old guitar. As you can see in the pictures, included with guitar is a very heavy duty case. This is the case that came with it when I bought it 20 something years ago. And this case is in great shape too. Its built like a heavy duty road case. (Again, see pictures) Guitar has minor finish wear in back of neck from F# 2. Fret to A 5. However, it is hardly noticeable and does not affect the playability at all. This guitar is sweet! The guitar is around 10.5 lbs, and the case is around 10.5 lbs.
