It is tough to find a top better than this one from any builder at any price! From the Golden Era of Heritage when the 4 Masterbuilders from the late 50’s were still working hard hand building premium guitars in the original Gibson plant at 225 Parsons St. Using many of the same 100+ year old machinery this guitar was even painted in the same spray booth as the 59 Les Pauls. I call that the ultimate F. U to Gibson moving out of Kalamazoo MI, “Gibson left their Heritage behind”! Hello , up for sale is one Vintage Heritage 1988 H575-Asb Hollow Body Guitar with a Sunburst Flame Maple body. Inlay mother of pearl fret board and maple pick guard. Heritage H575 in Used but very good condition. All solid version of an es175, build quality is top notch. Pickups are a Gibson classic 57 in the neck and a heritage HRW in the bridge. Mazing vintage “the heritage” h-555 electric guitar. 1985 model which is super rare and the first year for heritage guitars in Kalamazoo. Guitar comes with Seymour Duncan “antiquities” humbuckers. Which truly give it a amazing vintage growl and crisp clean tones. I believe these pickups were original to the guitar but I’m not 100%. The guitar was played quite a bit in its earlier years but has sat in storage for the last 15-20. It has some surface scratches on the clear coat from normal wear. No holes or dents through the clear coat or wood. I would give it a 7/10 on condition. The honey burst flaming still looks great on the top and back. The frets are in OK condition and could probably use a dressing. There is some very slight dipping in a few spaces on the frets that were heavily played. Nothing major and when I played it, I didn’t notice them. I would recommend having a professional give the guitar a setup and inspect the frets. I tried to show the frets in one of the pictures. Comes with TKL hard case. The case is solid but definitely scuffed up a bit. I wanted to make sure I listed any and all issues that I have noticed. Overall this is a great playing and sounding guitar. Own a piece of history with the original 1985 heritage h555. Please check my feedback.
