Scroll down to see 45 HD images of this guitar Here’s a 1993 Gibson Les Paul Classic 1960 RI in a really clean and factory original all Gold Bullion Goldtop. This is one of the earlier ones that says “Les Paul Model” on the headstock – not “Classic”. This guitar is in excellent condition with very light play wear. The top is clean – almost perfect. The back has a few small marks and there’s some clear coat checking along the binding. The pickups are original and the solder joints are unmolested. The neck is straight and the frets are in excellent condition. It has just been detailed. The front, back, sides and neck were waxed and buffed with a high grade carnuba wax. The frets were polished and the fingerboard was cleaned, buffed and moisturized with an instrument grade lemon oil. It was set up with 10/46’s, adjusted and plays very nicely. All the electronics work well. She has a slim 60’s neck profile and weighs 9.5 lbs. On a digital scale. All original – CHECK. Super rare all gold model. Most desirable Early LP Classic run. Near mint condition. Comes with the original looking Gibson hardshell case as seen in the pictures. This guitar is in very good condition and has light playwear. The top has a few small marks and some faint clear coat micro scratches – the back has a few light marks as well- scroll down to see 55 more detailed pics. There’s a touched up seam at the neck/body joint. All the electronics work perfectly. The neck is straight and the frets are in very good condition. The pickups are early Seymour Duncan humbuckers’59s at the neck and bridge – and they sound great. The pots date to the 35th week of 1990. It has just been detailed. The front, back, sides and neck were waxed and buffed with a high grade carnuba wax. The frets were polished and the fingerboard was cleaned, buffed and moisturized with an instrument grade lemon oil. It was set up with 10/46’s, adjusted and plays very nicely.
