From the Golden Era of Heritage when the 4 Masterbuilders from the late 50’s were still working hard hand building premium guitars in the original Gibson plant at 225 Parsons St. Using many of the same 100+ year old machinery this guitar was even painted in the same spray booth as the 59 Les Pauls. I call that the ultimate F. U to Gibson moving out of Kalamazoo MI, “Gibson left their Heritage behind”! This is a 2004 ULTRA model H-150 which means they used a premium wood package along with their premium Gold hardware. ULTRA TOP Flamed Eastern Michigan Maple. Premium Burnt Amber finish. Solid One piece Honduran Mahogany body. Rosewood Fingerboard- Bone nut. Gold Hardware – Schaller Tunamatic Bridge and Stop Bar Tailpiece. 2 Volume, 2 Tone, # way toggle Traditional wiring. Made in Japan in 1986 according to the serial number. Condition of guitar is used but good. It plays great and looks very good. The last 4 photos capture some of the imperfections on the guitar. Note that there is no whammy bar, only the guitar pictured and the case will be included in the sale. Comes in what I believe to be the original Fender guitar case. There are a couple stickers on it, and the Styrofoam inside the case is unattached to the case on one side, however the case does what it needs to do. This guitar looks great and sounds great.
