2014 Epiphone Slash “Rosso Corsa” Standard Les Paul Red Electric Guitar w/Case. Make/Model: Epiphone Slash “Rosso Corsa” Standard Les Paul. Scale Length: 24.75. Nut Width: 1 5/8. Weight: 8.4 lbs. Case: Original Epiphone Slash Hardshell Case (case in good shape, some minor wear on exterior). Features: Chrome hardware, binding on body top & neck, carved maple top w/ “AAA” flame veneer, Slash D-shape neck profile, pearloid “trapezoid” inlays on 22-fret set neck. Comes with Certificate of Authenticity, Epiphone user manual, Epiphone strap locks, truss wrench and case key. This guitar has been extremely well cared for, and it shows. There’s a few subtle signs of light, honest use that you really have to look for to spot: some pick scratches/finish swirls on the top, some very minor scratches on the back of the body, and some very subtle nicks on the back of the neck’s treble side (see pics). All these cosmetic notes are pretty minor, and none of them take away from how awesome this guitar looks in person! The pictures really don’t do this flame top the justice it deserves: just wait til you get it in your hands! And the neck of this guitar is easily one of the most inviting necks that’s come through the shop in a while! Epiphone calls it the Slash profile (D-shape), and I think it’s safe to say Slash knows what he’s doing. To me, it’s on the beefy side but without being overly so. The action is right where you want it to be, the neck is straight, and there’s virtually no fretwear. It’s an all around killer guitar, and the Seymour Duncan pickups make it a winner all around. Replace original pots/caps on metal plate with 4 short shaft custom Mojotone CTS 500K Vintage Taper pots and. 022 Orange Drop Caps, wired 50s style. Replace all original thin wiring with 2 conductor braided shield wire. Replace Nashville bridge inserts with aged nickel plated German carbon steel Faber® BSWKIT bridge studs. Replace Nashville bridge with aged nickel plated Faber® Tone-Lock bridge. Replace original heavy tailpiece with aged nickel plated Faber® TP-59 lightweight aluminum tailpiece. Replace original tailpiece studs with aged nickel plated German carbon steel Faber® Tone-Lock tailpiece studs and spacers.
