Epiphone ES-175 Electric Guitar W/ Hard shell case.. Time to thin out the herd. Does have some damage around the input jack. Input jack is firm and secure and it doesnt hinder any use of the guitar. Other than that its in very good condition. These guitars are becoming harder and harder to find. The hardshell case is an Epiphone brand case that is specifically made for the ES 175 style. I will try to add more pictures. Its in very good condition. The guitar plays and sounds great unfortunately its just not my style. Below you will find some specifics about this guitar. Here we have a 2007 Epiphone ES-175 VS in a great looking sunburst finish. Epiphone does a fine job of recreating the classic Gibson ES-175 model. Comfortable nut width of 1 11/16 inches. Mahogany neck with a 24.75 inch scale length and neck depth of. 85 inches at the first fret and one full inch at the twelfth fret. Bound Rosewood neck with 20 frets and a radius of 12 inches. Tune-o-matic bridge and trapeze tailpiece. The guitar is a well built instrument and in excellent condition. Comes with a hard case. Case: Hardshell Case in Excellent Condition. 1967 Gibson ES-125DC with Original Case! The guitar is all-original except some light touchup on both sides of the fretboard around fretboard extension which is likely factory as it’s marked “2” for second. There is less than normal wear and is very nice and shiny. There is a deep finish check along a grain line in the first layer of the laminate that is not a crack through the wood. The serial number is 80201058 and she’s stamped “Made In USA” sideways – indicating she came from the Kalamazoo factory. The guitar has some clear wear around the binding and some light scratches and finish hazing but is in pretty nice condition for being almost 40 years old. She has a 60’s slim taper neck. It has just been detailed. The fingerboard was cleaned, buffed and moisturized with an instrument grade lemon oil. It was set up with 10/46’s, adjusted and plays very nicely. All the electronics were tested and they work well. Comes with the beat up but original Gibson hardshell case as seen in the pictures. Up for sale, a 1969 Gibson ES-150DN in excellent condition and in perfect working order. A wholly different instrument than the ES-150 produced by Gibson in the’50s, the ES-150D is essentially a double cutaway version of the classic Gibson ES-175. Fully hollow and sporting a pair of original T Top Patent Stickered humbuckers, the ES-150D has a very rich and full tonal character, beginning with a pleasing acoustic voice that translates well through the pickups with surprising versatility. The guitar weighs in at 6lbs 10oz. Professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar and strung with 11-50 roundwound strings, this ES-150D is one of the more innovative and unique instruments produced by Gibson in the late’60s. This guitar is from the very first year of ES-150D production, and as such, is one of a few 1969 Gibsons to not have a neck volute, although the neck does have the “Made in USA” stamp also introduced in this year. The three-piece mahogany neck has a fairly slender profile. At the nut, with more chunk and roundness up the fretboard and a full C shape that doesnt quite reach baseball bat heft. Rosewood fretboard has small block inlay and retains the original frets which are fairly wide with good meat. The frets exhibit u. Niform, moderate wear on frets 1-7, with lighter wear on the crowns predominantly beneath the plain strings until fret 11. The nut has the 1 9/16 width seen throughout most of the 1960s and 1970s on Gibson’s ES models, and the instrument is extremely comfortable for easy chording and speedy lead lines. On the headstock, the guitar is fitted with a set of Gibson Deluxe Kluson-style tuners. The guitar at one time had Grover tuners with larger washers on the headstock face which still show light impressions. On the body, all of the original electronics are intact, with a pair of original T Top pickups with clean patent stickers, original chrome covers, and untouched solder. The chrome plating on the covers, original patent # ABR-1 bridge, and the trapeze tailpiece is in great shape, showing no notable wear. The original Sprague Black Beauty tone caps are intact too and visible through the treble side F hole, while original orange Kalamazoo label is intact inside the body as well. Three of the stock chrome capped “witch hat” knobs are present, while the other two are genuine vintage Gibson knobs with gold caps. The pickguard is a modern replacement furnished by Mojoaxe with a correct Gibson-style aged bracket. Cosmetically, the guitar exhibits b. Uckle rash central to the back, a few minor nicks on the sides, and a couple pinhead sized shallow marks on the neck profile which is notably clean and smooth, with light wear down to the bare mahogany on the treble side edge. The guitar is structurally sound and the condition will satisfy collectors and gigging musicians alike, with no serious wear of any kind. The guitar is as clean as the photos show it to be! Produced only from 1969-75 and in small quantities, this is a rare vintage Gibson archtop, and a stellar first year model. A modern TKL black tolex hardshell case is included. It is tobacco sunburst and beautifully flamed. I believe this guitar was one of the last 175’s made in the Nashville custom shop. It has the solid trapeze tailpiece. The neck is straight and frets show little or no wear. There is light pick marks on the pick guard. The guitar is in excellent condition, it has never been gigged or played hard. It has been the jewel of my collection but as I get older, thinner guitars seem to get more playing time. Finish, electronics and play ability are all excellent. Of course it has that great sound too that can be appropriate for almost any genre of music. I shopped long and hard for this guitar. I finally selected this one because, as a custom shop guitar, it had been pleked. From the first day the action and intonation have been perfect. 1956 Gibson ES-175 Cosmetic Condition -Shows heavy play wear with plenty of nicks, scratches and finish checking. Guitar is fully functional with no splits, cracks or breaks. Up for consideration is my near mint blond 1998 Gibson ES-175 with gorgeous figured maple top, sides and back, just a real beauty. This guitar has only been lightly played and at 18 years old only shows minimal signs of use. No real dents, dings, scratches to note. The frets look very close to new, the neck is straight with no issues, the truss rod works perfectly, plays effortlessly- professionally set up with a nice even med/low action Diaddario Chrome. The classic 57 pickups produce a full range of tones, very versatile instrument that sounds incredible. No breaks or repairs, all original with no modifications.
