Rare Vintage 1958 Fender Esquire Blonde All Original

This is a Vintage 1958 Fender Esquire. The Guitar is all original. Including the Pick-up and electronics. The Original Blond Finish, tuners, pick-guard.. This is an amazing time Capsule. This also comes with the newer fender hard shell case and a vintage Guitar Strap. The pots are marked 304807 The switch is CRL1452 , The neck Date is Faint but is visible Pencil 4-58. The body has the signature scribble in the neck pocket. This has the factory route for the bridge pick-up and was. Dubbed the smugglers guitar… The guitar has tones of wear, checking, paint loss on the edges etc, also the neck also has wear. On the fret board and frets. One screw is changed on pick-up switch. There is very little clear left on the back of neck. The frets have worn indention and some. There is a finish craze at the tuners.. And darkened wood at some spots. All visible in the pictures. This is a 63 year old guitar. And has some oxidation on the tuners, bridge and string trees. Neck plate has serial 027XXX dating to 1958. This is a beautiful looking guitar and has Mojo for miles.. Vintage 1957 Fender Esquire Blonde All Original + OHSC CLEAN. Lovies guitars is offering up one of the most sought after Fenders of all time. A one-owner, All original, Golden Era, 1957 Fender Esquire in Blonde. With original Hard Shell Case. Here is your chance to grab this Stunning 57 Esquire in fantastic condition with all original parts as it was from 1957. Finish is beautiful and original. Not even much fading under the pickguard. Just some standard checking and a few minor finish marks as to be expected. This was brought in with a’57 Strat that was the cleaner of the two. This was his main playing guitar as the tone was very much preferred. Still a very nice Esquire with some minor play wear. Case is all there and working with some wears and stains. The sound is really. Plugged this in for sound test and man, it just lit up the room. Everone came over to see what was producing that lucious tone. No reissue can produce this magic. Hello, for your consideration is a 2012 Fender Custom Shop 1959 Esquire (Telecaster) Closet Classic. It is in great shape with with no play wear other than the relicing from the Fender Custom Shop. It plays very well and rings out across the board. The guitar has a nitro Copper finish that looks great. It has had the following changes, pickups replaced with Fralin Blues Special set. I was going for a stealth esquire look and they do a good job, sound great as well! The original Texas Special Pickups and pickguard are included with the guitar. The pickguard is a lacquered bakelite guard with relicing to match the rest of the guitar. The neck is a late 50s D that is. 81in at the 1st fret and. 98in at the 12th fret. It fills out very nicley as you move up the neck. The board is 9.5in radius and it has med jumbo frets. The guitar weighs 7.2 lbs with both pickups in, nice and light. The saddles are compensated brass. It comes with original case all the case candy, COA and an inspection report/certificate from Dave’s Guitar Shop. It is a great guitar from the Eldred era. This is a Fender scorpion telecaster in very good condition. The guitar has a fully functioning tone knob added to the side of the guitar. Sounds great, still has the atomic humbucker. The frets are in very good shape, bone nut, new strings. There are lots and lots of light scratches, a chip out of the finish on the headstock, a 1/2″ scratch to the left of the bridge, and a 1/2″ light dent under the strings. No big issues, a very nice guitar, just thinning the herd. It does have the back plate, it comes with a Fender gig bag. Vintage 1956 Fender Esquire (Telecaster) + OHSC NO RESERVE

Superb Tadeo Gomez neck! As you can obviously see, the body finish was stripped some considerable time ago and, I think, treated with some kind of mahogany stain or similar (even after decades of exposure, the colour looks way too dark and brown for natural ash). The body cavities also show the remnants of a blue custom colour finish, however I believe this not to be original but probably a very old and short-lived refinish. Other than the body finish, absolutely all parts appear to be original and are typical for early to mid 1956 manufacture. Soft V profile neck dated 2-56 and initialled by Tadeo Gomez. Pend bridge with smooth saddles and steeply inclined (about 40 deg) height adjustment screws. Pot codes are unreadable, but they are definitely 50s Stackpoles. All parts are in excellent clean condition for a guitar this age. The back of the neck has a few marks and dings in the cowboy chords area, but nothing at all detrimental to playability. Although the fretboard is worn through the lacquer in a few positions, there is no deep pitting at all. The metal parts are all entirely uncorroded. The electrics work perfectly, with no crackles at all and both controls working smoothly and progressively just as they should. The original frets are still in excellent condition practically unworn since last dressed and with plenty of height left. And the action is one of the lowest Ive seen on any Fender with a 7.25 fretboard radius and Ive had a few good ones! Sonically, this guitar is an absolutely stunning performer. Plenty of twang and sizzle in the highs as you would expect, but with plenty of big sonorous clang in the lows too. And adding a healthy dose overdrive, the sheer raucousness is nothing less than spectacular think Jimmy Page on Zep 1&2 and then some! But for me, the real stand-out feature of this guitar is the excellent Tadeo Gomez neck. The way the profile fills-out at the shoulders as you progress up the neck just seems fit the fretting hand like a glove in all positions. And together with the low action this provides superbly effortless playability and sumptuous feel. But believe my 100% feedback this guitar is honestly described and really is something pretty special. Anyone who wouldn’t absolutely love this guitar really shouldn’t be looking for a vintage Esquire or Tele at all. To complete the package, it comes with the original tweed case that is in well-worn cosmetic condition, but still structurally solid with all working hinges & latches and a good interior. This is an original 1958 Fender Esquire with it’s superb, original tweed hard shell case which still has the original Fender case emblem that is not present on majority of these cases! It is in stunning condition and the only real marks are a few wear spots on the fingerboard and a few rub marks around the edge of the body.
