Vintage Framus Strato 6 Sunburst, Schaller WRHB

Zur Auktion steht eine Framus Strato 6 aus den 1970ern in gutem Vintage Zustand. Dies ist die spätere Interpretation der Jazzmaster/Jaguar durch den bayrischen Gitarrenbauer. Der bequeme Offset-Korpus mit Belly Cut und Arm Contour ist in einem schönen geflammten 3-Ton Sunburst gemacht, das dreilagige Schlagbrett ist weiß, die Potis sind auf einem Chromelement angebracht, wie bei der Jaguar. Der Hals ist meines Erachtens einer der Schöneren der Serie, denn er ist nicht aus Schichtholz, sondern aus drei Ahornteilen gebaut. Zwischen den zwei voll und klar klingenden Schaller Wide-Range-Humbuckern, die sich tonal zwischen Gibson und Fender mit einem eigenen Charakter bewegen, lässt sich mit einem 3-Wege-Schalter wählen. Hinzu kommen ein Volume- und ein Trebleregler, sowie eine pfiffige Framus-typische Besonderheit: ein Bassregler. Mit diesem lässt sich der Ton je nach Bedarf in Richtung Singlecoil oder Humbucker bewegen. Ein zartes, wohlklingendes Vibrato lässt sich durch den ab Werk installierten Bigsby-Nachbau erzeugen. Mit der speziellen Framus-Rollerbridge lassen sich Intonation und Abstand zwischen den Saiten genau justieren. Der Hals und die offenen Stimmmechaniken sind in Ordnung, Saitenlage niedrig, die Bünde sind bespielt, aber noch okay, die Elektronik ist top, seitdem ich den Treblepoti habe austauschen lassen. Bis auf diesen ist die Gitarre im Originalzustand. Es fehlt lediglich eine Schraube zur Befestigung der Halsstababdeckung. Die Gitarre hat dem Alter entsprechende Gebrauchs- und Alterungsspuren: Platzer, Dings, Finish Checking und Patina, der nachgedunkelte Ahornhals samt Spielspuren, verleihen der Gitarre einen echten Vintagecharakter, der sich so schwer reproduzieren lässt. Das Gewicht liegt bei angenehmen ca. Hinzu gebe ich einen schönen, alten schwarzen Koffer, der rot ausgekleidet ist. Es handelt sich um ein tolles, gut gebautes Vintage-Instrument, das mir auf der Bühne, sowie Zuhause viel Spaß bereitet hat. Viel Spaß und Erfolg beim Bieten! High End Framus Cutom Gitarre Made in Germany 2004. Es ist meines Wissens nach alles original. Die Tennessee Custom ist eine der schönsten Gitarren, die ich bisher gesehen habe. Hier wurden nur feinste Zutaten verwendet. Sie klingt schon akustisch sehr laut und knallig. Saitenlage ist sehr gut: ca. 1,5 mm beim zwölften Bund der tiefen E-Saite. Die Gitarre wurde viel gespielt und hat dementsprechende Spielspuren. Die Bünde sind aber noch recht voll und ohne Kerben. Strukturell ist sie in einwandfreiem Zustand. Der Hals aus Ovangkol ist geölt, nicht lackiert und hat ein sehr angenehm zu spielendes C-Pfofil. The akustic sound is really ballsy and loud. Playability is with 1,5 mm at 12th fret deep E very good. The neck is oiled not varnished and feels really pleasant. The profile should be a C. It was played a lot and has playwear but nothing structural and the frets are in good condition without dents. Made in Germany in c. 1962 this is a great looking Framus Strato. It has been refinished in a two tone yellow/orange burst with sparkle effect – certainly. Very well done and definitely not an easy job. It may well be that the original colour. Was the same but probably not with the sparkle effect. This was obviously done some time. Ago and there are a few marks showing from use but all minor. It has a black scratchplate with the”Framus” name; the two chromed rectangular pickups. The jackplug socket is a very rare din type, and I have had a. Cable made up to fit with a jackplug at the amp end. The bridge and tremolo tailpiece are original and the chrome cover is still there but the. The neck is glued in and straight, and the bound fingerboard contains twenty-one frets. The headstock is black fronted and has the six on a side original tuners the top button is. A replacement, truss rod cover and Framus” logo. DESCRIPTION – This listing is for a very rare 1969 FRAMUS 5/156 Strato Bass Electric Bass Guitar in Seafoam Green. Serial Number: 95568-69C (Manufactured 1969). Finish Color: Seafoam Green. Guitar Weight: 7.7 lbs. Nut Width – 1.5. Scale Length – 30. General Neck Shape: Thin Classic C Shape. Knob & Switch Configuration: Volume, Tone. ACCESSORIES – This item comes only as seen in photos, does not include any other accessories. For its age the bass looks great! There are few light dings and areas of discoloration in the finish. The back of the neck shows very little wear, and the headstock has only a few minor scuffs. The tuners show light oxidation, but they are in good condition. The bridge is in great shape. The strap pegs and knobs are in good condition. Overall the structural integrity is solid. WORKING CONDITION – Excellent. It plays and sounds great!
