An incredibly attractive guitar with breath taking flamed Maple back and sides, Rare Blonde finish, Spruce top, Gold Hardware, F-hole label intact, 17 inch wide body, and Abalone & Pearl fretboard inlays. Pre-1970s X-500s are very hard to come by and were made in much smaller finely crafted quantities. They are excellent instruments that rival Gibson’s best. The guitar displays light play wear with a small spot of belt buckle wear that has been touched up on the back of the body. Overall a fine example. 1960s Grover Tuners installed years ago. No cracks or crack repairs. Included is the original hardshell case with replaced handle. We take pride in well packing our guitars to make sure they arrive at your door with no problems.
