Genuine 1966 yellowed Olympic White Fender Jaguar NOT reissue! PLEASE NOTE: This is a UK or European Union sale ONLY. My apologies in advance for any disappointment. Genuine 1966 Fender Jaguar, in its original Olympic White now seriously ivory! Virtually all-original, but the neck has been professionally refinished with nitro-cellulose as the original nitro on the back of it was seriously chipped and worn. It is now 100% playable, but from the front, you cannot tell that this is anything other than a guitar with so many tales to tell.. Below is a link to an IDENTICAL Jag, although mine is a. Proportions for you to want to caress her and play with her all night long. She is currently being professionally renovated. A LOT of work is going into her! She doesnt have many dings, but she does have some wear on. The edges of her original 54yr old smooth nitrocellulose painted body, giving her a GENUINE roadworn look. Putting the feelers out for a potential sale of my beloved Gibson USA non reverse Firebird! This guitar sounds absolutely incredible and has been professionally set up to play like a dream by guitar tech / luthier RH Guitars who has also replaced the original mini Humbers with these incredible MOJO Alnico 5 custom wound to give it an even fatter sound, this thing seriously rocks now! The guitar has been my go to guitar for the last 3 / 4 years and has been heavily gigged & used for recording work on a weekly basis, therefore is showing signs of use, including a scrape to the paint work by the machine head, a small chip to the paint on the neck (not noticeable when playing), a few chips you the heel where I have clumsily rested it on its guitar stand and a good deal of checking to the finish which I believe gives it a bit of character. You are viewing an absolute killer 2005 1958 Historic Custom Shop VOS Les Paul with some nice upgrades. This one weighs in at 9.1 lbs. The original case with some outside wear and COA are included. The upgrades include: WCR/Jim Wagner BetSet pickups with aged covers (original pickups missing in action), 550K pots with PIO caps, Bone nut professionally installed, and Creamtone aged bridge and tailpiece assembly. This has the beautiful Ice Tea Burst finish with a really nice Madagascar rosewood fret board. Action and set up is nice with action at 5/64 and 4/64 at the 12th fret. This was a gigging guitar for years, so it is a natural relic that now feels as good as your most comfortable pair of jeans. The nitro lacquer has worn away on the backside of the neck behind the first few frets. The rest of the backside of the neck is super slick as well. The binding has a nice rolled in feel now down the neck. There is some fret wear, but no attention is needed. It still plays great with nice smooth action anywhere on the neck. You can also see where some on the lacquer has worn along to the top edge of the top from years of playing. This is a no nonsense, no excuses straight up killer axe that will out play anything off the rack new. The serial number was partially covered in the photos to combat fraud on here.
