This is one of the rarest Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul’s ever made. If you’re not familiar with this Guitar then here’s the history of it. When Gibson and Joe Perry decided to do another run of signature guitars after his 1997 black burst they came up with the Boneyard. The first run had “Pilot Run” written on the back of the headstock. The 500 later models had “BoneXXX” on the back of the headstock. This particular Pilot Run Boneyard is in MINT condition. I recently had a complete setup on it (receipt is in the pics). This plays like a dream. It sounds amazingly close to a 1959 Les Paul. I’ve played several Boneyard guitars and this one is the best by far. The Pilot Run’s had a much higher quality control than the production Boneyard guitars. This Top is AAAA flame. This is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity for any collector or Joe Perry fan. Sustain is gorgeous and folks she just sings. If you are chasing that Clapton Cream tone, this is it. The neck on the guitar is simply perfect, unreal.
