It’s a 2015 Hollowbody II, with a Flame Maple 10-top and back, Mahogany neck with a Wide-Fat profile, East Indian Rosewood fretboard with bird inlays, adjustable stoptail piezo bridge, 57/08 treble and bass pickups, finished in Gray Black, with nickel hardware. PARKER MidiFly Midi Electric Guitar Di Marzio Fishman Piezo Hard Case 1999 USA Revised description – p. This guitar was made in the USA circa 1999 & I bought it in 2009. It is built to the usual exemplary Parker standards, see full spec below. The guitar has a low action & plays very easily with a fast neck & most guitar sounds are possible with the different switching configurations. These guitars are now rare as they were a limited run & the superior quality USA Parkers are sought after as it now looks like the company will be moving manufacture outside of the USA. The MIDI facility has been tested. The guitar was connected to a PC & it was possible to play virtual synth sounds but with limitations. Ounds are made from all strings but there is no fast reliable tracking. Notes stutter & miss occasionally, also the levels of notes are not consistent. Software was opened on a PC (used to set the MIDI parameters) the program did not recognize the connected guitar. Conclusion is the midi facility does not function correctly & will need some work to repair it. However, the guitar magnetic pickups work perfectly OK & other functions of the guitar work as as they should. THE PRICE HAS BEEN REDUCED AS THE MIDI FACILITY DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY & WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED. Condition: physically the guitar has several chips & dents in the finish, however these are mostly on the top & bottom edges & the back edge (by the sockets) & so are not seen in normal use. The exception is 3 small chips to the front lower left (behind/below bridge) & marks which have been touched up in the curve between the top horn. Please see the photos which show the the majority of these, the guitar was like this when I bought it & it does not effect the tone! Beautiful ash body and finish. Very unique sounding guitar. Neck is perfect and plays fast. Fishman Piezo makes for a nice acoustic sound. The guitar is in near perfect condition. This guitar is in player grade condition but it does play great and is extremely versatile. You need two cables or a Y cable(not included) to get both at the same time. The magnetic pickups are Seymour Duncan 59 and JB. The Piezo has a three band EQ adjusted via trim pots accessed through the control cavity cover. Lots of dings, dents and nicks throughout the guitar, some light fret wear and deep gouge created by a finger picking previous owner. Ships in a tattered but sturdy original Hamer hard shell case. In addition, I can not predict how you like your guitar set up. Be advised that minor adjustments or a set-up to your liking may be required and the costs associated with these adjustments should be expected. WARMOTH AAAAA FLAME KOA STRATOCASTER. 1998 Parker Fly Classic Natural Mahogany. In my opinion there is no better guitar than the pre-refined Parker Fly Series!! I own a few & need to start purging some of my collection. Here is an awesome 1998 Natural Mahogany Parker Fly Classic with a two tone finish. There are a few scratches but nothing that affects the playability. Also the clear coat seems to have a haze on top of it.
