Up for sale is a Charvel Jackson Japanese Exclusive Reverse Headstock Toothpaste Logo Electric Guitar. This guitar is a little bit of a mystery as to what model it exactly is. I did a lot of research on this guitar online and easily found parts of the guitar that match other models but could find nothing to match this guitar exactly. What I do know is that this guitar was made in Japan, appears to be all original and it is one of the nicest playing guitars I have ever owned. The rosewood fretboard is nice and thick and a beautiful rich color but the neck is thin. The frets are jumbo have hardly any wear on them and the action is nice and low and could go even lower if desired. There are only a couple of minor dings (the worst is by the input jack on the edge) and light surface scratches on the guitar but no chips in the beautiful reverse headstock. Up for sale is an 80s Kramer JK 1000. No breaks or repairs. All original hardware including the good German thick cast plate, nickel plated brass block, Floyd original tremolo. Gotoh Japan logo tuners. Truss rod checks out good and neck is straight. German Floyd rose and German nut. The electronics look to be original or high quality replacements. No brand markings on them. The tremolo posts may possibly be replacements too. They are the machine bushing style which are a huge improvement over the wood screw type. Putting the feelers out for a potential sale of my beloved Gibson USA non reverse Firebird! This guitar sounds absolutely incredible and has been professionally set up to play like a dream by guitar tech / luthier RH Guitars who has also replaced the original mini Humbers with these incredible MOJO Alnico 5 custom wound to give it an even fatter sound, this thing seriously rocks now! The guitar has been my go to guitar for the last 3 / 4 years and has been heavily gigged & used for recording work on a weekly basis, therefore is showing signs of use, including a scrape to the paint work by the machine head, a small chip to the paint on the neck (not noticeable when playing), a few chips you the heel where I have clumsily rested it on its guitar stand and a good deal of checking to the finish which I believe gives it a bit of character.
