Add Me to Your Favorite Sellers. Olivia’s Vintage would like to present this 1959 Gibson ES-345 in its original Sunburst finish. It has a great playing neck with great frets and a 1960 neck profile. It’s all original with the possible exception of the nut, and is 100% complete along with its original hardshell case, original HANG TAG with a matching serial number, key to the case, owner’s manuals, and the original envelope. A newer set of aged tuning keys are included along with the original set of single-line Kluson Deluxe tuning keys. The newer set is currently on the guitar to help preserve the original shrunken buttons on the original set. There is some very slight seam separation on the bottom edge of the body along with chipping in the finish along those seams. This appears to be more of a cosmetic issue as the guitar remains structurally sound. This ES-345 looks great with some minor nicks + dings, a few areas of extremely minor finish checking, and other cosmetic wear. All electronics work and sound great with its original set of PAF pickups. Up for sale, a 1978 Ovation Magnum 1 electric bass guitar in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original case. 100% original aside from a new quartet of knobs, this Magnum bass was superbly overbuilt and crafted in New Hartford, CT, designed under the highest scrutiny at a time when Ovation was pushing to carve out their own solid body niche. The bass is incredibly sturdy and sonically versatile, with Stereo and Mono outputs, a set of specially designed Ovation pickups, and an oversized Brannock Device bridge. With a graphite-reinforced solid mahogany body and neck, a thick slab ebony fretboard, and set of half round strings, this bass offers a consummate blend of natural thump and punch. The Magnum pickups are designed for high output, tonal versatility, and a balanced response. Due to the copious metal hardware and solid construction, this bass weighs in at a hefty 10lbs 2oz. Professionally setup here at Mike and Mikes Guitar Bar, this Magnum is dialed in with half round strings, spot on intonation, and comfortable action. The graphite-reinforced mahogany neck has a comfortable medium C shape with rounded shoulders and lightly rolled fretboard edges, measuring. 835 deep at the first fret and filling out to 1.028 at the 12th. The thick slab ebony fretboard features a 9 1/2 radius and the stock flawless fretwire. The scale is a full 34 long and the nut measures 1 9/16 in width. On the headstock, the gold Ovation logo is present along with a set of chrome Ovation-branded tuners that turn smoothly and hold their pitch well. The pickguard features a replacement quartet of knobs, and there is a small pickguard repair at the output jacks. Under the hood, the wiring harness is untouched, with original solder joints on the CTS pots which date to the 11th week of 1981. A large aluminum bezel spaces the pickups and provides a stable thumb and finger rest. The proprietary tailpiece is bolted to the body and features a functional string mute system with original foam still intact. The individual adjustable sliding brass saddles have reference scales on the bridge for easy intonation and adjustment recall, with a very Brannock Device aesthetic. The original Walnut gloss finish on the bass itself is glossy and clean, with wear through the black plating on the aluminum hardware. There are some expected minor nicks and faint scratches on the body, mostly relegated to back and lower bout. Other than a notable small mark on the bass side of the profile near fret 2, the neck profile is incredibly clean. The original Ovation hardshell case is included. Gibson ES-345TD 1979 Stereo Semi-Hollowbody Electric Guitar Vintage USA w/HSC. For sale is a truly stunning, top of the line, 1979 Gibson ES-345TD semi-hollowbody in Walnut! This incredible guitar features a laminated maple body, mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard and parallelogram inlays, two original Gibson humbuckers with stereo output and gold hardware throughout. It’s in good, well-played condition, with plenty of normal lacquer wear throughout. The back of the neck shows the most lacquer wear, but features no breaks or repairs! The frets are in great condition and all hardware and electronics, aside from the VariTone switch (which is not currently wired), function fantastic. It appears completely original and ships in a used and over-sized, Gibson hardshell case for protection. Another Ebayer advised me that this is a late 1970’s model Carvin DC150 Stereo Guitar. I have had it as early 1980’s as Carvin serial numbers are difficult to tie down for sure, but what I have found is that this falls into the late 70’s range of numbers. This guitar has been played but is in excellent overall condition. Some slight playwear on fret board you can see in the photos. Nice birds eye maple fret board. Minor play wear and small dings as expected for this old of an instrument. Other than that, great shape. Includes original Carvin hard shell case in good condition. Up for sale is 1985 Carvin DC200 electric guitar project. I call it a project only because it is stripped of most parts and an extra control cavity was routed into the body. There’s nothing structural wrong with it. White black with ebony fretboard. There is some minor cosmetic wear light light scuffs, scratches, etc. The neck is straight and truss rod functions as it should. The electronics cover is included. Gibson Vintage 1960 ES-345TDSV w/ 59 Features + RA-79RTV Stereo Amp ES345 345. Thank you for viewing this vintage 1960 Gibson ES-345TDSV! We have this stunning, all-original vintage 345 paired with its natural mate, a Gibson GA-79RVT Stereo Amplifier! The guitar is all-original, right down to the gold PAFs and pots. Unlike many 345s out there, this fine example was never robbed of its pickups or stereo wiring harness. The original owner bought the guitar from our store back in 1960. Inside the case you will find some original vintage Gibson replacement strings, along with the original strap! The string package is labeled as a 040 L set. Inside the string box are a replacement flat-wound 4th, 5th and 6th strings from the 040 L set. However, it has many 59 features, making it a very cool transitional model. The neck profile is a slim taper and feels very much like an early 1960; thinner than your average’59 but not as thin as your average’60. The Kluson Deluxe tuners have the shrinking plastic, which are typically found on 1959 models. The keystone keys have been treated by a luthier so that they should not shrink any further. It has top hat knobs, not the reflector knobs found later in 1960. Another 59esque feature is the brown and pink Lifton case. The guitar is 100% original, down to the wiring harness and enclosed pots. As with many vintage Electric Spanish models, the area around the output jack has been repaired at some point. PSA: Please use right-angled plugs kids! The GA-79RVT Stereo Amplifier was marketed by Gibson right alongside the ES-345. Using a TRS cable, this amp allows this guitar to truly sing in stereo as it was meant to, without needing to bring along a second amplifier and a special Y cable. We will include a Y cable and TRS cable along with the guitar and amplifier. The guitar has been professionally inspected set-up with round-wound 10-46 strings and plays like a dream!
