1982 Fullerton, CA reissue of a 1962 Fender Stratocaster. Very accurate reissue, down to the pencil dating on the neck heel, that was happening in early Fenders until mid’62. Whoever had this guitar before, did the SRV relic, including the left-handed bridge/tailpiece, VanZant pickups. It has new frets, and plays and sounds great.

Up for grabs is an amazing 1984 American Vintage’62 Stratoctaster from the Fullerton factory. Vintage in it’s own right this guitar looks, feels and sounds like a pre-CBS in all it’s glory. The pickups have that special warm aged magnet thing that player’s seek in vintage strats. Guitar plays like a dream. All original except 3-way switch swapped for a 5-way, and two bridge saddles replaced due to rusting. This is a good one folks. Up for sale is this vintage Fender Telecaster Custom’62 reissue in a beautiful candy apple red finish with cream binding. The guitar was made in 1987 at the very reputable Fuji-gen factory in Japan. Overall, the guitar is in good condition and is ready to be played! These early’62 reissue Telecasters are well known for their outstanding quality. This one is no exception. It is very well made and sounds fantastic! The neck has a thin profile that is very comfortable to play. This guitar is definitely a player. It is covered in small scratches and dings throughout the guitar, but these imperfections are strictly cosmetic and do not affect the integrity or performance of the instrument. In addition, the frets have wear–mostly around the first 4 frets or so. These’62 reissue Telecasters from this era are becoming very hard to find. This 32+ year old guitar comes with an aftermarket tweed case. The case latches work, but the case is somewhat offset so it has some gaps on the ends when it is closed.
