The previous owner played this for years as his main guitar, hence the upgraded pickups. There is crazing throughout the guitar, adding crazy character to this! There looks to have been a neck break in the past, which has been safely and extremely securely repaired confirmed by our luthier as a very very sturdy repair – it will not bother you again! There are also remnants of some additions in the 70s on the back of the headstock. Again, these will not bother you at all! The back of the body has plenty of buckle rush also. Again, this is not a collectors grade guitar but you will certainly not find a better sounding, or looking version of this guitar! We believe that this started its life as an SG Junior (due to the lack of binding on the neck), but has gradually been upgraded to how it stands today. This guitar has had the P90s upgraded in the late 60s/early 70s to T-Top PAF pickups, hence the professional and clean route at the neck position.
