Then I swapped out the stock P90 pickups for some nice cream colored Korean made Hot P90’s , they meter over 7.5k-neck, over 9k bridge. I also upgraded the stock tone capacitor with a nice. 022uf Orange Drop style epoxy film cap. Sounded very full on clean tones and growled like a hungry baby tiger once I added some gain. Guitar plays and sounds way better than stock. Guitar pretty much looks like new, I bought it new just to hot rod. Guitar looks, plays, and sounds great.
