Scroll down to see 45 HD images of this guitar Here’s an early 1992 Gibson Les Paul Classic Plus 1960 RI in a factory original Transamber Flametop. It’s a superb example of an early LP Classic – kind of a pre-cursor to the Historic line. This guitar is in very good condition with light playwear. The top is clean and glossy but does have a little finish dulling where your arm rests – mainly visible at an angle to the light. The back has some light scratches and a few light quiggle indents. It has nice, dark rosewood fingerboard and the action is low. All the electronics work perfectly. The neck is straight and the frets are in good condition with some mild playwear. The pickups are the original Gibson humbuckers. The pots are all original and date to 1992. It has just been detailed. The front, back, sides and neck were waxed and buffed with a high grade carnuba wax. The frets were polished and the fingerboard was cleaned, buffed and moisturized with an instrument grade lemon oil. It was set up with 10/46’s, adjusted and plays very nicely. She has a slim 60’s neck profile and weighs 9.7 lbs.. Comes with the original Gibson hardshell case as seen in the pictures. We can declare a low value.
