For your consideration is this awesome 1993 Gibson Les Paul Studio husk in gorgeous wine red finish with ebony fretboard. This body neck project is a player in fair-to-good pre-owned condition. It has had an aftermarket set of tuners installed at some point in its life. The back of the body has a flat finish on it rather than the gloss you see on the front, sides and neck. Apparently, a previous owner didn’t like the factory gloss back so they sanded it down to flat. There are some tool marks around the lower back sides so it was kind of a sloppy job. Frets are almost pristine, very clean and shiny so I’m guessing they’ve had work done to them or perhaps replaced as they simply look too clean to be original. There is some signs of tool work on the fretboard at the bass side 17th fret. Truss rod works just as it should. Husk weighs 6 lbs. Neck is a fatter 50’s style. It measures 43.44 mm at the nut; and 54.26 mm at the 16th fret where the neck meets the body. It is 20.15 mm thick at the first fret; and 24.87 mm thick at the 12th fret.
