Made in Japan in the early stages of production, this is a 1985 built TL72-55’72 Reissue Telecaster with a browned glossy natural finish. Japanese ash body with a one-piece maple neck. Loaded with the stock Fender Japan pickups and Fender Japan stamped tuners. 7.25 radius with vintage gauge frets give it a true vintage feel. Weighs 3.5kg’s. Used condition as pictured with signs of use over the body and neck. Received a full setup and service performed prior to listing including a new nut. Frets are shiny and play well, neck is straight and truss functions well. Has an 80’s Tokai bridge installed and a new pickguard, otherwise seems all original.
