Kramer Richie Sambora Signature guitar. (I have omitted the last number) The quality of the star inlays is excellent all along the fretboard and looks fantastic on the body. As you can see in the photos this guitar has only had light use with the frets and fretboard close to original condition with only a bit of polish residue and dust from storage. From 1985 Kramer American series and focus guitars were all made By EPS in Japan. The guitar listed here is a KRS-123 Japanese domestic market guitar with addition of the Richie Sambora electronics and later upgrade of the bridge and pickups. The only difference between the American series and the domestic market guitars are the electrics and the hardware. This guitar has the Richie Sambora electronics plus Seymore Duncan pickups with upgraded hardware with bridge improvements over the American series. The tuners are unmarked Gotohs. This is the original 86 issue of the RS signature by Kramer. Identified as an early issue by the rare block logo at headstock. Later these guitars were marked with diminishing Kramer American series logo on the headstock although all were manufactured in the Japanese EPS factory. This guitar had some improvement from original with the new Floyd Rose with body inserts (better than the wood screws on those marked American series) and the new Seymore Duncan pickups. She been correctly stored with strings slack so I will restring with new strings and tune for the new owner. If you would like to visit to inspect and play the guitar please message me to arrange.
