If you are looking for a 1970s Tele Custom that is mint/collector grade this one is not for you. This is the real deal road worn aesthetic, nothing faked. All the appropriate edge wear, rubbing, crazing, dings, and dents. Why pay a high price for a Custom Shop model, when the real thing is available? Perfect playability and tone, with that distinct vintage sound. Solid Ash body in natural finish. Three ply black pickguard. Maple one piece, skunk stripe neck. Standard 7.25 board, 25 ½ scale. Medium C neck profile, 1 5/8 nut width. Bullet truss rod, 3 bolt F scroll tilt neck plate. Nice strong output with great clarity, capturing a wide range of tone. Fender F tuners, skirted black control knobs. Dual volume and tone controls and a 3-way selector switch. Great action, setup, and playability. Includes the Original Fender Hard Case with Plush Red Lining. All machinery, electrical, and pickups are without issue. Medium road worn aesthetic. Surface marks, impressions/dings/dents/chips, nitro finish has consistent crazing all over the body, body edge wear, buckle rash, light aging and tarnish to chrome, original hard case has damage (and duct tape) and has seen better days, but all latches and hinges are fully functional. All as pictured. NON ORIGINAL PARTS – G string body ferrule, Volume and tone pots, 3 way switch, D/G saddle adjustment screws, 2/4 Neck humbucker height adjustment screws, 3x single coil height adjustment screws, Strap pins, 1x Volume and 2x Tone knobs.
