Scroll down to see 44 more HD Pics. Here’s an early 1992 Gibson Les Paul Classic 1960 RI in a factory original Honeyburst finish. It’s a superb example of an early transitional LP Classic, with “Model” on the headstock and has thin binding at the cutaway – kind of a pre-cursor to the Historic line. This guitar is in very good condition with light playwear. There’s some light finish dulling on top where your arm rests and some marks on the side from a guitar stand. The top is pretty clean and and in very good condition- just a few tiny indents and one clear coat touch up by the knobs – scroll down to see more detailed pics. The back has some light squiggle indents only visible at a certain angle to the light. It has a nice, dark rosewood fingerboard and a slim 1960’s neck. All the electronics work perfectly. The neck is straight and the frets are in good condition. She has the original Gibson USA humbuckers and the pots are all original and date to 1992. It has just been detailed. The front, back, sides and neck were waxed and buffed with a high grade carnuba wax. The frets were polished and the fingerboard was cleaned, buffed and moisturized with an instrument grade lemon oil. It was set up with 10/46’s, adjusted and plays beautifully. She has a slim 60’s neck profile and weighs 9.7 lbs.. Comes with the original Gibson hardshell case as seen in the pictures. We can declare a low value.
