Up for sale: 1993 Gibson ES-135. I’ve taken good care of the instrument and I’ve caused no further damage to it other than the few nicks and blemishes it had when it arrived to me. The previous owner wrote an excellent description – here’s what he said: Cherry red with double white binding, and rosewood fret board. This guitar was made in August 1992 in Nashville, TN (serial number #92252620). It is in very nice condition, but 23 years old and not perfect. There are a few flaws and I have provided detailed pictures of each. One on the headstock, another on the back, a 2 1/2 inch light scratch, and a marring on the outside edge of the lower bout on the back about 3 inches or so. Front face of the guitar is nearly perfect. The guitar is all original, two P-100 hum bucking pick ups, adjustable bridge wheel for minor intonation needs and adjustable truss rod in the neck. I do not have the original Gibson hard case, but an Epiphone hard case (shows some wear) which fits very nicely. This instrument has been professionally set up and maintained since new. There is no wear on the fret board or fret wires, and all electronics work perfectly. Plays perfectly, smooth as butter I played it last night to inspect it, and it’s true, it plays like butter. If you are a player, you’ll love it. It’ll go from jazz to rockabilly in a heartbeat. The item “1993 Gibson ES-135 Cherry Red” is in sale since Sunday, April 16, 2017.
