YAMAHA SG-2000 (1982) Verry Good Condition Japan Vintage Guitar (Free shipping)
Thank you for viewing. This guitar is a YAMAHA SG-2000 manufactured in 1982, and the color is a dark brown sunburst. This is an original YAMAHA guitar, and was once known worldwide as the favorite guitar of Carlos Santana, Al Di Meola and Bob Marley. It can truly be said to be a representative Japanese vintage guitar. The body structure is a traditional maple top and mahogany back. The neck is a 3-piece maple/mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard. The structure is similar to a Les Paul, but the beautiful double cutaway is impressive. The biggest feature of this guitar is the sustain. In order to meet Santana’s request for “maximum sustain,” the structure is full of originality. For example T cross maple top, Neck-through structure, brass sustain block, etc. The SG-2000 we are exhibiting is in such good condition that it is hard to believe that it was made over 40 years ago. There are some scratches and dents on the body, but nothing noticeable. The top of the body is made of very beautiful bird’s eye maple. The bridge, tail piece, pole piece, and screws have been replaced with genuine Yamaha new ones. These genuine Yamaha parts are no longer manufactured and are extremely valuable. Of course, the electrical system remains original and there is no noise. There are no problems with the neck or frets. I think SG-2000s in such good condition rarely come on the market. Please consider this opportunity. Sound:No problems with the electrical system and the sound is good. Parts: All parts are original and genuine YAMAHA. Frets :About 80-90% remaining.
