The 2455 was Ibanez’s take on the Gibson L-4 CES. 16 body, Gold Hardware, 1975 dated pickups, Bound Tortoiseshell pickguard, Star back tuners, Spruce Top and flamed Maple back and sides. This is an early pre-serial number example with the desirable open book Gibson headstock design. One extra hole on the back of the body from a moved strap button. A very attractive and great sounding guitar that comes with its original hardshell case. An overall excellent condition vintage guitar displaying some small nicks and a couple finish checking lines.
