1970’s Diamond Japan Beat Master Les Paul JR DC. There’s not a bunch of info out there on these, but they fit the mould of every other outstanding Gibson style guitar being made in Japan in the 70’s! I believe it’s a mahogany body and neck with a rosewood fingerboard. Finished in a beautiful TV Yellow just like a Les Paul Jr should be! Japanese Gibson-style guitars (like this one) are a great alternative to a modern Gibson/Epiphone. With the hit and miss quality of modern Gibson guitars, a Japanese guitar from the 70’s or 80’s can prove to be a higher quality instrument that’s been played in nicely. Many of these guitars will also cost you a fraction of what a new Gibson will and are also more affordable than a new Epiphone! Want to give it a play? Good overall condition, signs of use as pictured. Neck is straight and frets are nice and high. Electronics work well and are all original. We offer a courier service Australia wide on our guitars! All prices include secure and sturdy packaging to ensure your guitar arrives safely. All guitars are thoroughly tested here and we’ll do our best to list any known troubles in the condition section above.
