Based on the serial number and internal date, it was made in 1977, and based on the specifications, it seems to be an EG700 or lower model. The covers and pickguards for both pickups are missing, and plastic parts such as the jack plate and control knob have been replaced. There is a lot of rust and peeling on the plating of metal parts.
