This STRAT body is built to std blueprint of the original parts can vary in size by a few MM between the body and fitting a neck often it is required of the guitar builder to “fit” the neck to a body and that is done by the assembler at time of building this is nothing new this is why “Mr Leo F ” would sand neck or pocket use shims and so on to fine tune adjust and or fit, this prep work is to be expected and should your neck or body require you the builder to make the final fit this is ordinary and not a defect and is not returnable for such reasons.
