Here we have a Gibson ES-125 fat body guitar estimated late 1940’s early 1950’s, arch-top, rare flat-back, non cut-away, single P-90 pick-up, adjustable bridge poles, sunburst in color, dot inlay, 3-on strip Klusen tuners, body bound top and back. The guitar has minor checking side and back of neck with with some minor scratches and tiny dings on it, but overall an excellent example of a vintage Gibson ES-125 Electric Guitar. Tone is out of this world. Professionally set up the play-ability is superb. This one has a real vibe. The neck feels amazing and plays great in every position. It is incredibly light and comfortable to hold and has a quick, low action. Frets are in great shape with very little wear. Has a woody attack and a much sustain, super fat and full bodied while still maintaining a clear, balanced tone. Guitar weighs about 5 lbs 12 oz, Trapeze tailpiece with rosewood bridge. Vintage Brown hard shell case all latches work Geib style, may be original. Comes from a NON Smoking environment.
