[Excellent +] Please see photos. It has some signs of use, but is relatively clean with about 80-90% frets remaining. The truss rod is adjustable on both sides, and the neck is almost straight. The string height is adjusted at 1.8mm on the 6th string and 1.4mm on the 1st string at 12F.
