1980 Gibson Les Paul Heritage Standard 80 Elite – #147 of 1000 – Rare – w/ OHSC. This rare 1980 Gibson Les Paul Heritage Standard 80 Elite is in fantastic condition even for its age. Minor dings around the outer area of the body are the only real cosmetic issues worth noting, and are very minimal at that. The images document most of the issues, the idea being that there isn’t much to worry about and the pictures we did take are of the more noticeable areas. An area near the head stock to the left of the nut shows some wear, nothing major. Areas around tuners have slight scuffing, typical wear you would expect to find on a guitar this age, but for the most part very great condition. Please consult images for item condition. The Heritage 80 Series Standard Elite is an upgrade up from the regular Standard, featuring a quilted maple top, a one-piece mahogany neck and an ebony fingerboard. The true and hearty sound is matched only by the fantastic action on the fret-board. All functions and pickups work, truss/setup appears to be proper, but may need to be setup again.
