Here is a 100% original 2008 Gibson Les Paul 1959 VOS Reissue. These pictures are from when I bought it. Since then Ive peeled the sticker from the pick guard and played it at home. I have never gigged with it nor has it ever left the house. It has literally less than 5 maybe 10? Hours playing time on it. Its the most prized guitar Ive ever owned and Ive babied it for the past eight years but its time to let it go as I cant justify keeping something like this any longer just to have it stay at home. This baby looks DEAD ON like the real thing. Personally, I don’t like the super bookmatched “Chevron” flametops because they just look overdone. They never look like the real thing. This one just looks right! Amazing Iced Tea Sunburst. Absolutely no cracks, issues, repairs on headstock or heel or anywhere else…. Guitar is lightly used and in excellent condition. There are a few very slight pick scuffs that you would have to get very close to see. The case has a few scuffs and scratches from rubbing up against some of my other guitar cases. This Guitar is 100% original. Rets are original and in excellent shape. All the electronics are original. No mods of any kind, ever. It has a solid body, not chambered, and weighs 8lbs 10 ounces. See for yourself in pic #2. The neck has a FAT 1959 style profile everyone’s dying for. If youve got big hands like me then youll love this neck profile. Plays and sounds AMAZING! Comes in its original Gibson case with all the case candy and the “Gibson Custom” Certificate of Authenticity. I’d prefer to send it UPS Signature Required as it wouldn’t be good to leave it unattended at your door and I want to make sure this item is actually handed to someone.
