This Vintage Gibson Les Paul Deluxe Solid Body Guitar is in Great condition considering its age. This guitar was played and played a lot leaving behind a beautiful worn look. The headstock has some nicks and finish wear however the tuning machines are original and moving and holding tune. The neck is free of cracks and damage but does have a lot of the nitro finish worn down with no sticky residue. The fingerboard is clean and free of corrosion near the frets but does have three nicks located on the 8 – 9th frets on the binding with a minimal amount touching the rosewood. The top has finish cracks throughout which adds to the beauty of this guitar but is missing the toggle switch cap. The top also has a couple pea sized nicks that is common from an instrument of its age. The neck joint is free of breaks and has no sign of being repaired. The back shows the most wear with two large area with worn finish and appears one screw holding the potentiometer cover is not original. The case included is brand new with tags attached.
