Here is a well loved and played strat that I have owned for some time now…- everything on this guitar is original except: 1 volume pot, 5 way switch and cavity shielding. This is not a closet queen or mint show piece — it’s a player’s guitar that sounds amazing. All the blemishes and wear are original and can only come from playing over time. The forearm wear is all natural as is the back of the neck too.. Which is ding free. It sports a comfortable “D” shape profile that is silky smooth all the way up and down the neck. The frets have plenty of life left in them with no dead spots or buzzing. Again, smooth paying neck with no fretting issues. Tone and sound wise it has that True vintage fender mojo tone that has. Ballsy lows and shimmery highs, Just pure vintage strat bell like sound. Pickups are date stamped and tested Neck 11.3. (6.19k), Middle 11.14. (6.29k), Bridge 11.14. I played this for many years through a Super Reverb and all I can say is holy crap it was the sound you heard on all those old records from that era! It is pure bliss! The original Fender case with orange velvet lining, no rips but lots of wear! Exterior has seen way better days too. Guitar also comes with modern Fender hard shell case which is what I used the whole time I have owned the guitar. All in all a great player that won’t break the bank with plenty of life and enjoyment to come over the years. Thank you and God bless….
