If you are looking at this listing, odds are you know what a Nocaster is. Beefy maple neck, lightweight ash body, a punchy yet versatile mid-rangy sound… Patterned after the original Telecaster design. I sought one out after learning that Mike Campbell of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers used an original Broadcaster on all of their famous songs. How versatile us that, right? And of course, a Nocaster is a Broadcaster without the Broadcaster decal. This Nocaster is part of the original Time Machine series. As such, it has vintage appointments such as a 7.25 radius, however, it has been refretted with larger frets. It also has Nocaster pickups instead of the Twisted Tele pickups that are common in recent years. The COA is long gone but the serial number puts it in 2006. Comes in the original thermometer case. It’s wearing a set of Callaham compensated brass saddles. The original saddles are included, and the action is set much lower if you like that or just want to try it out with a simple swap.
