Used Gibson Les Paul Gothic in good condition. Plays and sounds great! A previous owner exposed the maple cap and mahogany back around the edges to give it the appearance of binding. It looks good for the most part, but they slipped with their scraper a few times and put some rather nice scratches on the finish, mostly on the back near the neck joint. Just cosmetic scuffs, nothing damaging to the guitar. The beautiful red color of the mahogany is really striking on the back and the sanded part of the neck. There are quite a few scuffs and scrapes, as well as some finish discolorations that I couldn’t get to photograph. Much of the cosmetic imperfections are hard to spot given the finish color, and I imagine most could be buffed out if desired. All of the electronics are original, as are the pickups and hardware. The original Gibson case is included, only 2 latches work. The locking latch and 2 others are busted. The case stays closed fine though and is clean inside, with the pink shroud still intact.
