In celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Fender Stratocaster, the Fender Custom Shop has faithfully recreated a Limited Release 1954 Stratocaster guitar. Also included are the original, then “Patent Pending” bridge saddles, which have been replicated even though Fender has long owned the patents for these parts. The guitar is in very good condition. It has a few light marks of use but none serious. A small crack in one of the magnet bakelite covers. The guitar has been beautifully refretted by a professional luthier using Dunlop 6105 Medium Jumbo fretwire which has improved both the tone and playability of this unique instrument.
