The J-Standard ILIAD (JIL for short) is a TJ-style guitar that retains traditional elements while incorporating various modern specifications to accommodate a wide range of genres. The model we have in stock features a classic combination of an ash body, maple fingerboard, and off-white blonde finish. The body back features a contoured design for a more comfortable fit against the body. It features the “J-Standard Fret Edge” and a “compound radius fingerboard” to support smooth fingering and reduce playing stress. The bridge features three brass saddles. It uses Seymour Duncan vintage-style pickups to achieve the classic T-style sound. The 4-way lever switch allows you to toggle between F – F+R (series) – F+R (parallel) – R. The addition of the powerful sound unique to the series (series) configuration allows for even more advanced sound shaping. Although there are some scratches on the pickguard, the overall appearance is well-maintained. After arrival, a professional technician inspected and adjusted the instrument, ensuring it is in excellent playing condition.
